Dedicated to the people of Haiti and the expertise, generosity and talent of Dr Byron Biscoe.

Be assured I have been hesitating a lot to dare the present one, soliciting another
generosity from those who read this, after so many donations and help given to our
devastating country!

But , remembering  spontaneous involvement of Dr Biscoe's team early after the earthquake
dispensations his know how in ophthalmology in such a kind way , with such a patience , in such deprivation ,
just in the name of fraternity and humanity, it would be so sad not to continue!
So sad to private our society from his surgical ability, and us from his teaching dispensator, can you imagine
at that moment.

Indeed, we've met in this particular circumstances and we've started working together using all his own material
brought for free, and at his own risk in Haiti.

We've met and we've done great jobs, surgical corneal transplant, phaco surgeries, vitrectomy, laser, avastatin injections, consultations simply  with, yes,  with  success. Today, almost six months after patients are still talking about Biscoe's team!
Even one hour before he left returning home, the last patient soliciting his experience was not left behind!

We've met and we've decided to continue this great job together.

Unfortunately to do so, we need Accurus, a microscope, an A-scan and a slit lamp!
We need and we search for a donator of these items.

I cross my fingers... and I do thank you for your allegiance.

Very Sincerely

P.Pompee jr m.d.
