Featured Solutions Offered at Our Ophthalmologist's Office
Our featured solutions address common eye diseases and other medical conditions impacting vision and optical health.
Having a cataract can feel as if you're looking at everything through fog or dust, making environments and objects appear hazy or less vibrant. Fortunately, we can work with you to restore clarity. Also referred to as lens replacement surgery, cataract surgery involves our ophthalmologist removing the clouded lens (cataract) from the eye and placing an artificial lens.
Pars Plana Vitrectomy
This surgical procedure requires your ophthalmologist to use special tools that are inserted through an area in the white of the eye to remove tissue that impacts the retina. This solution offers several benefits, including treating retinal detachment, improving vision by removing vitreous gel that is no longer clear, and eliminating scar tissue.
With this operation, your eye doctor replaces a damaged part of your cornea with healthy tissue from a donor. Our eye doctors perform this procedure to treat keratoconus; it offers a host of benefits, including improving sight, relieving eye pain, and treating infection or damage.
